Microsoft look set to launch 2 new flagships pretty soon, earlier this week we brought some info about the supposed released date and today we have some new press shots showcasing two devices. The leaks come courtesy of @evleaks and sport the codenames Cityman and Talkman. The devices are said to pack a 5.7″ and 5.2″ display respectively. Aside from the clearly sexist names the phones look pretty good:
These are the first real higher quality images we’ve seen. We posted a blurry looking photo of the Cityman this week but @evleaks has delivered something way clearer. This handset looks set to launch as the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL while the Talkman will be unveiled as Lumia 950 (pictured below in a black colour scheme.)
Both devices run on Windows 10 will feature a QHD display along with 3GB of RAM. There will also be 32GB of storage on board, 20MP PureView primary camera, 5MP front facing unit along with the on trend USB Type C port. We also now know that the 950XL will come with a a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC and 3,300mAh removable battery. The 940 on the other hands will get kitted out with Snapdragon 808 SoC and 3,000mAh removable battery.
@evleaks also states that both devices will come with an infrared iris scanner. The 950 XL will also have Qi wireless charging, the 950 will support the feature too but only via an optional cover.
